Thirty members of the dental press gathered at London’s World famous department store for this year’s Showcase press launch on 4 February 2011.

The launch was held in Harrod’s Georgian Restaurant and gave the gathering of dental editors and reporters the opportunity to hear what’s in store at this year’s event.

BDTA Dental Showcase is the UK’s largest dental exhibition and provides members of the dental team with the chance to see, hear, learn and buy everything they need to do their job, all under one roof. From the latest products and most appealing special offers to the highest quality services, Showcase is really ‘Your one stop dental shop!’.

Tony Reed Executive Director at the BDTA commented, “We wanted to highlight to the dental press that whatever the dental team is looking for they can find it at Showcase. We felt that hosting the launch at the World’s most highly regarded department store provided an appropriate venue for illustrating our point and the cost and time saving benefits to be gained from seeing everything all in one place. It was also an excellent way to highlight that quality can be delivered on a grand scale and quality is a very important component of the dental industry. The dental press were also informed that the Dental Lab @ Showcase would be returning by popular demand in 2011. A programme of lectures and seminars would also take place at the event supported by other learning opportunities in the Show Guide and in the exhibition hall.
